The Art Village

The Art village at Karjat a dream project of an artist, Ms. Ganga Kadakia was designed by StudioDot. This facility which is being utilized to host creative events and workshops came into existence when a collaborative effort of artists, architects and artisans emerged to create an expression using natural materials to build the facilities consisting of recreation center, dining & kitchen and guestrooms. The Art Centre is made of earthen construction techniques like adobe, stabilized rammed earth, thatch, country tiles and recycled wood.
